- Where are you located, and when are you open?
- We are at 1019 Main Ave in historic downtown Durango, Colorado. The shop is open Monday to Saturday, 11 to 6, and Sunday, 12 to 5. You can reach us at (970) 508 · 0091.
- Can I shop online, or do I need to visit the store?
- Both. Everything on the floor is fit in-store, and orders can also be shipped to your door. If you are near Durango, we would love to fit you in person.
- Which brands do you carry?
- Boots from Hyer, Lucchese, and Tecovas. Hats from Stetson, Serratelli, Resistol, and Charlie 1 Horse. Denim and shirts from Kimes Ranch, plus hat bands, handcrafted leather goods, and more on the accessories wall.
- What is your return policy?
- Apparel is exchange-eligible for size or inseam within 14 days, unworn and tagged. Hats and boots are final sale, since both begin to conform the moment they are worn. Full details are on our Return Policy page.
- How do I make sure I get the right fit before buying?
- Call us before you buy. We know these brands and these fits, and we will walk you through boot width and shaft height, hat crown and brim, or Kimes Ranch sizing by measurement, over the phone or in person.
- Do you shape hats and fit boots in-store?
- Yes. We measure your head and shape the crown and brim to fit, and we size boots and hats on the foot and the head, never from a box. Private appointments are available on request.
- Do you care for pieces after purchase?
- We do. Hat re-shaping, boot conditioning, and minor repairs are done on the bench. Bring your piece by Main Avenue whenever it needs a little attention.
